The room is very poorly soundproofed. The plaster ceiling in the bathroom is broken and has not been repaired, so the smell of cigarettes from the other room is overwhelming. Cigarette cases are scattered all over the ventilation holes but have not been cleaned up. The room is showing signs of deterioration and mold.

The receptionist assigned the wrong room to the house with a baby pushed it all the way up to the 8th floor, the windows had no safety bars, the hygiene was very dirty, the towels were discolored, the meeting room. The room door had no soundproofing and was very noisy. Never come back!

The room is not like the picture. No windows. Old furniture. Dirty old bed sheets. With the price of 1.2 million/night, it is completely not worth it. Will never come back.

The staff is very enthusiastic, from the porters to the receptionists. Easy to understand and friendly explanations. Good soundproofing and clean rooms. Relatively new and spacious rooms.

The hotel is fine but the receptionist's customer service is terrible.

I checked in at nearly 2am, the receptionist was very attentive and good. However, the minus point was that the room had a lot of worms. The receptionist also helped change the sheets and pillowcases for guests at night so that guests could feel secure, but my family didn't dare sleep because the worms were crawling on the headboard 🥲 I felt sorry for the male staff on duty that night. The next morning, I told the staff that I was checking out to rent another hotel, and they also supported me and deducted 20% of the original room rate because I booked for 5 nights. The hotel is also near the beach, convenient to get around. If there weren't so many worms, I would still stay. Thank you, male staff on duty that night.

Everything is ok for this price, only the TV is not SmartTV, no youtube or Netflix, if you change to TV it will be great.

The soundproofing of the room is extremely bad. The door is arranged to make a loud noise every time you close it. The guests are noisy in the hallway all night. I stayed here for two nights and couldn't sleep. Friendly staff. Suitable location. Relatively priced but there are problems with the soundproofing of the room system.

The room is clean and airy, spacious and fully equipped with necessary tools, however the sink is clogged and takes a while to drain all the remaining water.
