My second time at this hotel and very disappointing, this time the shower door was broken and nothing was done, the aircon was broken and nothing was done, the floor was not washed in the room and my feet were dirty just walking a few steps. The receptionists were unhelpful, arrogant, and rude, easily the worst experience in Vietnam.

The location is close to the beach, and the staff and owner are friendly.

There's hot water, the room is okay, and everything is fine for the price. The location is good, not far from My Khe beach, a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This hotel is terrible, everyone should avoid it. The rooms are dirty, smelly, full of insects, stuffy, the reception staff have a very poor attitude, the hotel is dark and even on a hot sunny day they can't turn on the air conditioner for a dozen guests sitting in the lobby waiting. A terrible experience.

The room was terrible. The air conditioner was leaking, but the hotel didn't fix it and just accepted guests as is. We had to rent a fan to use.

Old but not too bad. Quiet. But no tag for hand soap & shampoo, and they have the weirdest smell I have ever experienced. They should change towels & bedding too because they are too old 🥲

This is a guesthouse, not a hotel. They took us to the first room, and the door lock was crooked and looked disgusting. It felt awful and eerie. They didn't change the sheets or pillowcases. They were white, but had turned a filthy yellow, and the hair of previous guests was all over the pillows and bed – it was repulsive. We went back to the reception to ask for a different room, but it wasn't much better, as it was a last-minute booking because it was late at night. We had to try to stay there for the night. The air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was a truly horrific night.

The blankets, pillows, and bedsheets looked very old, damp, and yellowed; the floor was dusty, the wallpaper was peeling, and the paint was chipping at the baseboards and door frame. Terrible.

Clean, decent & functional room. The location is strategic. There are many shops and a 24/7 convenience store around, and a laundry shop at the basement. Staying here for 6 nights.

The room is good, not so bad and not so good either. They don't give us towels. I spent 1 night here with 3 family members in 1 family room. They don't have towels for us. It's only so-so staying here.

It was a terrible experience. I rented the room for almost 1.4 million VND a night, but when I walked in, it reeked of bleach. The towels were incredibly disappointing; they were pitch black. How could they even be used as towels?

The room with two beds is suitable for families traveling together, and it's clean.

The hotel is OK, and the Tet holiday rates are reasonable.
