Everything is good for taking rest on vacation in Da Nang. Friendly prices, good services, and a lot of things around.

As fellow customers, everyone has their own busy schedule. Some people can check in earlier, while others must be punctual. If it's a rule, then everyone should have a fixed check-in time, or at least be the same. Just saying the room isn't ready yet is enough to brush it off, and then you end up waiting for hours.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry service is available at the hotel. It's close to the beach and easy to get around.

The facilities are decent and sufficient. The room is a bit small. Looking at the map, I thought I'd get to the beach quickly, but because the hotel is on the inside, you have to take a shortcut through a side alley to reach the beach.

The room was incredibly dirty; it had a table but no vanity mirror. The bedsheets were filthy, and there were ants crawling on the bedside table and onto the bed. The price was exorbitant for the quality! Absolutely terrible! The hotel didn't even provide cotton swabs, so how can they even give a rating on a review app????

The bathroom in my room was poorly designed. The coat hooks were mounted near the bathroom door. The glass bathroom door was flush against the entrance door and completely lacked a shower curtain.

The room was small but tidy, although the floor was a bit dusty. Considering the price, it was acceptable.

My second time at this hotel and very disappointing, this time the shower door was broken and nothing was done, the aircon was broken and nothing was done, the floor was not washed in the room and my feet were dirty just walking a few steps. The receptionists were unhelpful, arrogant, and rude, easily the worst experience in Vietnam.

There's hot water, the room is okay, and everything is fine for the price. The location is good, not far from My Khe beach, a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This hotel is terrible, everyone should avoid it. The rooms are dirty, smelly, full of insects, stuffy, the reception staff have a very poor attitude, the hotel is dark and even on a hot sunny day they can't turn on the air conditioner for a dozen guests sitting in the lobby waiting. A terrible experience.

The room is quite old and not well soundproofed.

The room was terrible. The air conditioner was leaking, but the hotel didn't fix it and just accepted guests as is. We had to rent a fan to use.
