I usually do not write any reviews unless it was extraordinary, but when it's bad I just pass on it! This time I decided to write because of staff incompetence! They try and provide excellent service, opening doors for you and etc., but I ordered a wake-up call at 5 am to catch my flight the day before from the lady on reception. She put everything on the paper, we confirmed a few times, but nobody called to wake me up. I had a problem with my own alarm on the phone, that's why I ordered a wake-up call. By miracle, I opened my eyes 5 minutes before 5 am otherwise I would have missed my flight. When I checked out and ordered a Grab, they went to see if you used anything from their minibar in your room. When the taxi arrived, nobody helped you with your luggage, they have a staircase around 15 steps. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Water pressure does not exist in the shower, they need to add an extra pump. Would not stay here again.
