Suitable for transit in the PWT area and its surroundings

The price is quite cheap for transit

Many rooms leaked to the point of having to move twice to check which room was right. Hopefully it will get better. The others are still safe.

The room and service are pretty good, but when I stayed here the elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs and it was a bit confusing to find where the room was.

The front of the hotel looks pretty good for a fairly cheap price, but the bathroom is really dirty.

Check-in time was 5 pm, the room wasn't ready, the stuffy room smelled of plywood paint, the AC wasn't cold, the wifi time limit was 9 am and it couldn't be accessed.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The bathroom sink was not working, the bathroom shower for hot and cold water settings was not working properly, the room was full of cockroaches and ants, the bedsheets were torn, this was room number 462 which was deluxe.

Excuse me, that room smells really bad. It's definitely a hotel where a lot of young people check in.

The place is clean, the price is also standard, not expensive and not cheap because there are still many who call it a 3 star which is expensive but the facilities are only toiletries, here the facilities are complete, there is also a hot pot for resting and doing tasks, it is also comfortable and not noisy.

Previously, thank you for being able to reschedule because the lantern event was postponed, but I felt uncomfortable staying there because the room was dirty, especially the sheets were full of holes from cigarette butts and dirty too, the towels were no longer suitable for use but were still kept in the room, the towels were full of holes, the bathroom was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned after guests used it, there was only drinking water, no tissue at all, the water heater wasn't hot enough, bar soap, 1 sachet of zinc shampoo. Please improve the cleanliness and comfort of the guests, because we also paid according to the hotel's terms. I feel it's not worth it with the price offered but with facilities like that. Hopefully this suggestion can be considered.

That door has a hole at the bottom that is so big that it's not sealed.

The staff is friendly, but the WiFi keeps crashing.

Good service, the hotel is quite clean, only the mattress makes noise and I'm a bit unsure about the soundproofing, but for a hotel at that price, it's quite good.
