All the facilities are very good and the staff serve in a friendly manner.

The staff is friendly and the hotel facilities are quite good... In short, it's the best.

The room is clean, the location is strategic and on the roadside, but unfortunately the breakfast is not varied enough, not very tasty, it is a 4 star hotel but the breakfast is not very plentiful and not very tasty, hopefully it can be improved again.

The staff are all friendly and very responsive, from the security guards, receptionists, to the restaurant, everyone is friendly.

Good service and full of surprises

Stayed at Brits Hotel Legian for 4 days and 3 nights, including breakfast. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. I had no regrets booking this hotel, which included breakfast. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted warmly, and the receptionist was friendly and provided with a drink and a welcome drink (honestly, this was the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that offered this, so it felt different from others. A++ for this hotel). I liked the modern design of the hotel, and the room was quite spacious. There's a small bed next to the window that can also be used as a bed, so if you have children, you don't need to request an extra bed. There's a buzzer and a cleaning service. We intentionally didn't press it, so our room wasn't cleaned, but the staff came the next day to clean it on their own initiative, hehe. On the basement floor, there's a children's play area, swimming pools for both children and adults, a spa, a lounge area, billiards, and a cafe/bar. The price was quite affordable and the food was delicious. I loved the hotel atmosphere, the very friendly staff, it felt like home with family, and I loved the breakfast and the delicious cafe. I don't know about the food because I booked without breakfast. The bathroom is too small. But everything else is fine.

The price and value are very good. Suitable for those who don't like staying in crowded/trafficked places.

The rooms are clean, cool, and spacious. Ample parking is suitable for those driving their own cars. The location is easy to find. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator for storing cold drinks. Recommended 👍
