Just want to give a little info, if possible before the customer checks in, try to check the room area again whether it is in accordance with the SOP or not. Yesterday I stayed at the room from the beginning when I entered the room, one bed had no sheets and the other one had and I wanted to inform by phone, but my husband said it was okay not to call so he could use my baby blanket that we brought from home, so in the end I didn't call, eh when I had checked out I got a WA from the hotel and he immediately asked about the sheets and duvet, finally I explained to him after that he didn't respond anymore. It's funny when there are people who bring sheets from the hotel like they can't afford to buy them. The point is to check the room again before the customer enters the room whether it is in accordance with the SOP or not so there is no misunderstanding between the customer and the hotel staff 🙏
