The room's AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom didn't have a heater even though I paid for a room with a heater, the swimming pool was dirty or under renovation, the wifi didn't connect at all, I didn't get bottled mineral water, instead I got water from a kettle that tasted really bad, very disappointed

The room smells really bad, dirty, filthy. It's hard to sleep, the smell is pungent. This is the first time I want to get up quickly and leave the hotel. The mattress smells musty. The pillows are damp and moldy. The floor is all dusty, not cleaned. The shower has little water. The bidet doesn't even produce water. Very uncomfortable and inadequate.

got room 908. the bathroom door could not be locked. the television remote was all broken. the television could be turned on manually but could not change channels. wifi was not detected possibly because the signal was very weak. all the above obstacles had been reported to the hotel staff but none could be resolved. besides that the next morning, there was the sound of a repairman and also the sound from the next room which was quite disturbing.

November 21st, Ordered via app, When I arrived at the hotel at night. The room location was not as expected, finally the CS told me to upgrade the room, they said I could ask for the upgrade receipt. But when I wanted to check out in the morning, the guard changed and said the receipt was only according to the payment in the application. So I ended up paying extra because I couldn't claim it at the office. Quite comfortable, quiet, clean hotel, clean room, refillable water available outside the room, bed sheets with holes in the corners, slippery bathroom.
