I booked and paid it in traveloka. I got the voucher and was supposed to check in. When i got there, they did not give me the room. They said it was full and they do not work with traveloka or agoda anymore. They asked me to ask refund with traveloka. I tried, but this hotel doesn’t give refund. So i had no room and lost money. The hotel admin was not helpful. They ignored me and left the receptionist office when i asked for help. Very bad experience.

Lodging in front of the Pekanbaru Grand Mosque, for an okay location, near Murmer food places, convenient parking at the Vocational School, the rooms are pretty clean, the air conditioning is cold, the TV is clear, the rooms are spacious, the water is smooth, but overall the inn is not physically maintained. Ladies and gentlemen teachers have many students who can be employed to clean up, it's a shame the good facilities are not maintained and utilized. The TV is just a display, there's no broadcast, the towel takes a while to be asked because it says it's not dry yet. If you want to find comfort, it's better to just look for another hotel.
