I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is strategic, close to the city center and tourist attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean, tidy, and fully equipped—cold air conditioning, running hot water, and a very comfortable bed. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The breakfast was delicious and varied daily. The hotel has a warm atmosphere, making it suitable for families or business travelers. I will definitely return here when I'm in town.

Very inconvenient to stay, near to the city center, and not too far to the nearest recreational spots in Belitung.

The sheets are dirty, don't wash them. Smelly pillowcase. The yellow toilet has lots of spots. Slightly smelly. Clogged sink and shower water too. Yellow water.

There are several things that need to be improved by the hotel. 1. The air conditioner is not cold, after complaining & asking to add freon the next day it's cold. 2 The water spray in the closet came off the lid. Water splattered everywhere. 3. I stayed 5 nights, on the 2nd & 3rd day the room was not cleaned, not tidied up. Even though I used a label tag to ask for the room to be cleaned. 4. The pillowcase smells of hair oil, gentlemen, I asked to replace it, it still smells. 5. On the 4th day, I went back to the hotel in the afternoon (to rest, I usually come home at night), when I entered the room, the sound of water coming out of the faucet, apparently the incident in number 2 happened again, flooding in the bathroom. The room has not been cleaned either. No wonder the hotel is quiet, even though the building is new & there is a coffee & pizza place underneath.

The room is nice, but the lack of toiletries is not provided and even though the sign for cleaning the room has been hung, it has never been cleaned up during our stay.

the view is good, the rooms are ok, only 1 TV channel, the water is yellow, drinking water must ask for it to be given.

Budget hotel but comfy!!! Really recommended this hotel to backpacker or maybe to holiday..

The hotel is actually good, from the interior design and layout I like. But the shower can't be set, it can only be very cold and very hot. Can't warm up. So it's hard to take a shower. And in the bathroom there is no clothes hanger. And my staff I chat or ask questions about tourism in Belitung is also less responsive.

Suggestions, yes, the blanket was replaced, thin as thin and very small in size. That can't be said as a blanket, there is no kitchen, the others are okay, the room service is okay, the new building is clean right on the beach, but unfortunately the water is yellow, then the water heater is too hot, can not be arranged, can be blistered, there are no hooks in the room Bathing makes clothes difficult, there is no tap so it's hard to take ablution.
