Location is a bit of a walk compared to the Clock Tower area. But its still very convenient and shouldn’t be a problem for a healthy person. Shuttle also available almost every 3mins.

Nice place but the distance is quite a struggle to walk.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff … easy access to mosque

It was the 3rd time we stayed at Double Tree Jabal Omar Makkah. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed and Mr. Mehdi Hassan. They gave us special treatment during breakfast and tagged us as gold customers. Good location, nice room, friendly staff, and a good price as well—can't complain at all. In shaa Allah, it will not be our last time staying at this hotel.

This is our 2nd stay and it was almost perfect apart from the shuttle service was only available on our 1st and last day. I think it was due to the road closure near Masjidil Haram.

It. Was a nearly perfect experience during our one night stay, room, food, ambience, staff. Everything is good. They provide a shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram as well. Until it was raining heavily and they had problems with elevators. But overall it was a near perfect experience.

Kamar bersih, sangat recommended untuk pribadi/grup/keluarga. Hanya saja kamar baru ready jam 16.00. Jarak lumayan deket dari Haram. Jalan kaki 3-6 menit. Disediakan shuttle bus tiap saat. Alternatif untuk hotel bintang yang harganya lebih bersahabat dibanding dengan hotel yang di pelataran Haram.

Pemandangan Masjidil Haram nya. Ada bus anjem 24 jam. Kamar rapi dan bersih, We love.

Reception not friendly. Not allowed us to check in early although room not full. My friend from another hotel get early check in at 7am.

The hotel is close to the Grand Mosque of the King Fahad Gate and Zam zam Tower. Provided shuttle bus to and from the Grand Mosque so that it is not tired. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. Very good service. Highly recommended for pilgrims or Umrah.

Great accommodation for families. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, the view of the whole city is mekasih, the service of the staff is friendly and there are Indonesian staff, a 24-hour shuttle, the location is near the Grand Mosque.
