The room is not that clean, the hotel needs some renovation as you can easily find marks of the walls Terrible experience for check in and check out

Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff is uniformly excellent, genuinely friendly and helpful across the board. Wonderful service. Room is clean, modern, quiet and peaceful. Short train ride to the city center, or take the tram and you will be near the cathedral in twenty minutes. It is a short walk to the neighborhood with beautiful, magnificent art nouveau houses. Really nice if you prefer to be in a neighborhood, over being one with the mass of tourists. One hiccup. Housekeeping came in one day to clean my room, despite my hanging the don’t clean sign and knocking on my door while I was there. I confirmed no I do not want my room cleaned today—and after I left housekeeping came in anyway. Informed front desk and it didn’t happen again. Otherwise flawless stay. And will stay again next time I am lucky enough to visit Belgium.

I loved this hotel. It was clean and modern. The fitness room was an actual fitness facility and had great equipment. It was close to some restaurants and I enjoyed some great Falafel. I would love to stay here again!

Extremely pleasant staff, well located with an excellent breakfast

It was okay. But I use to like it more before.

We had a rental car ana's wished to avoid the car-free center of the city. This hotel was a nice option on the ring road around the city, very easy public transit to the center. We also walked into the city center one morning in 45 minutes. The rooms were what you would expect of a Radisson, the service was personable and efficient. Onsite parking was not outrageous. Overall, the experience was nice.

The hotel is only 1 minute from the train station and 2 minutes from the tram station. We used the train to go to Ghent for only 12.5 euros return and Brussels for only 10.5 euros return. You can easily get a tram into town for 2.5 euros or it's a 35 minute walk to the station and another 25 to the main square.

There for overnight stay for business, The hotel is convienient for the airport and the station. The rooms are adequate for a business trip.

I like everything about it.

Fresh looking, comfortable hotel very well located and easy to get to. The staff on reception were very welcoming and efficient and the rooms well equipped, spotlessly clean and well presented. My room had complimentary water and at kettle for tea and coffee. Parking is below and has an extra charge but you can come and go many times for one fixed fee.
