Property access was not provided, and the unit was never entered or occupied. Due to the failure to provide access and inadequate resolution of the issue, a full refund of all charges is requested.

Very poor experience! We paid for a 4 person unit that was supposed to have a double sofa bed, but did not. When confronted they said they would apparently email instructions on how to open it, but never did. Called back and they said it’s not actually a bed. I was annoyed as we paid for 4 people. He said we would get check in instructions for a new apartment sent at 4:30pm which our concert started at 5:00pm so this was very inconvenient. So we waited until 6:30 to leave for our concert, at that point we had to leave. I did not get an email for the check in for the new apartment until 8:15pm. We were exhausted coming back from our event at 12:30AM and we checked into the new apartment and started moving stuff and found the double sofa bed in that apartment was bent and broken. It was also not clean and there was dirty towels in a pile in the bathroom. This was embarrassing for me as the person who booked this stay as my group of 4 relied on me for our hotel, and it was unsettling for all involved. We paid for 2 nights and at that point it would have been better to drive home after the concert, we didn’t get to sleep until 3AM. When I checked in I chose the late checkout option at 12PM. At 11:00AM they still interrupted our breakfast to tell us we had to go. I have yet to hear back about a refund. Would not recommend.

The check in was awful. Getting the key for the apartment was horrendous, inconvenient and a pain in the neck. There is no full-length mirror in the apartment and the lighting is crappy. The lighting in the bathroom is so dim that you can't even see yourself clearly in the mirror - and the fact that there is NO OTHER MIRROR IN THE APARTMENT, I literally used the microwave reflection with the natural light coming in from outside to dry my hair. Come on, folks! Make those closet doors mirrored, at least! Also, the shampoo and conditioner were no name....how do you say "cheap"? Did not love the place.

Great location for everything that you need, but the check in process took us an hour. Very confusing to find the keys to check in. I wish there was a better process then going underground to find the condo keys. I attempted to call Global Stay but I couldn’t get a hold of them. They just resent the check in process. Once again the check out process was odd. They said to leave the keys on the kitchen table. I tried to contact them but no answer. We couldn't leave the keys in the room bc we couldn't get Down to P4 to get our car without the fob. Truthfully the front desk was lovely, the condo was clean, location was great. I prefer an easier check in/out process. Now that I know the process I’ll stay here but if I knew what it was actually like I would have never booked this

Ad and pictures of this property was misleading. Communication was very difficult and we had run around about check-in procedure and parking. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes or towels. There is no toilet paper holder and no door stopper in the room. We were unable to switch on the night lamps and they are old. Furniture is old too. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The condo needs major upgrade. The condo did not meet out standard. We paid good high price for the condo but it was not worth it. Difficult part of the parking is drivers drive fast when coming around corner they don't slow down. We thought it was a dangerous parking lot.

Do not stay here if you have children with you or if you expect basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our experience was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, we could not access the property because the parking and check-in instructions were missing or unclear. We spent nearly five hours waiting in our car, calling multiple phone numbers, sending emails, and leaving messages. No one responded. The only reason we eventually got into the unit was because Hotels.com helped us reach someone. Once inside, the problems continued. Much of the furniture was broken, damaged, or looked like it was barely holding together. The pillows were old and musty, there were stains on the mattress, and we found bugs in the room. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the overall condition of the unit felt neglected and poorly maintained. The window coverings were also nonfunctional. Because the unit is on the third floor facing Yonge Street, traffic noise, music, and late-night activity were extremely loud. To make matters worse, the patio door would not close properly, making it feel like we were sleeping on the street. Getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible. The complete lack of communication, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and noise made this one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. if

check in was a bit delayed due to cleaning. (Our check-in was at 3, we got in a little after 3:30) Apart from that, parking was quite easy to find along with great public transportation and restaurants near by. I would stay here again, very justifiable for the price.

Parking is a bit complicated.

Convenient location, right above the subway. Getting the keys was a bit confusing. There was construction during our stay that started at 7am on weekdays.

Our stay was disappointing overall. The check-in process was frustrating from the start because we were sent incorrect access instructions, and when we finally located the lockbox, it was empty. We also had to use an external third-party site to submit the security deposit, which felt inconvenient and unprofessional. The apartment itself was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, with frequent signal drops and connectivity issues. What was most frustrating was that several advertised amenities did not match reality. We specifically chose this property because it was listed as having a fireplace, but there was no fireplace in the unit. The listing also advertised a 43-inch TV, but the actual TV appeared to be much smaller, closer to 32 inches. These details may seem minor, but they factored into our booking decision and contributed to the feeling that the property was not accurately represented. Parking was another major issue. We paid for parking access but were not given access to the P4 garage as promised. Instead, we had to rely on residents to badge us into the parking area, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. The only positive aspect of the stay was the view, which was very nice. Unfortunately, the numerous issues with check-in, cleanliness, inaccurate amenities, parking access, and Wi-Fi overshadowed that benefit. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

It was good. Since I was just alone. Unfortunately to retrieve was keys was confusing and quite complicated since I was not tech savey and being a senior. Maybe the best thing would transfer the location of the keys somewhere in the mail room or near the reception area.

Poor communications between the owner and Expedia. Don’t know how this can category as hotels! It was a very bad experience and not a regular hotel check in! It caused a big trouble to clients check-in. Unexpectedly spending over 2 hours in the phone.for all check-in procedures, no “real person” helping, very improperly. Don’t think will choose it in future!

Comfortable, well-appointed and clean home base in a perfect central location for meetings that were all over Toronto. The kitchen was great for a home cooked meal as well as breakfast every day while there were plenty of high end restaurants and pubs for the evenings.

Despite two issues, floors are in disrepair and the parking spot being used by someone else on the second day (resolved after contacting them and finding out it was an employee), it was a well kept place and a pleasant stay. Good area with lots of amenities and easy access to the highway. Really easy to hop onto the subway as well.

A cozy, well-kept apartment that made our trip stress-free.

Staff were very courteous. The building itself was clean and well maintained and the location was very convenient with lots of amenities around. The only issue was with the unit itself. It seemed tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint, a new bed and a new, more comfortable couch.
