Tenia reserva del 14 al 16 de mayo del 2026, cuando llegué el hotel estaba lleno y no me ofrecieron ninguna ayuda, de hecho la reserva fue hecha por intermedio de hotels.com sin derecho a reembolso por cancelación. ¿Que responsabilidad tiene el huésped si el hotel está lleno y no puedes entrar? No me quieren devolver el dinero de la reserva porque no tengo derecho a reembolso. Me siento robado, lo que pasó no fue mi culpa, yo llegué pero no había habitación así que exijo la devolución del dinero.

Very clean room. Staff were very kind and helpful. My card didn't work to get into my room a couple times. That was the only inconvenience having to walk back down to the lobby to get it re activated.

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy simpáticos y atentos en cada requerimiento, delicioso desayuno y muy buen bar.

We only stayed on night but the room was super comfy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

7th floor was a bit noisy

A nice hotel in the center of Miraflores district of Lima. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the Kenedy park and other attractions. Lots of good restaurants in the surrounding area and feeling pretty safe to walk in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is located in the central area of Miraflores. It's very convenient for the tour pick up and taxi. The hotel bed is clean and comfortable. The room is a bit small but it's ok. Breakfast is nice, they cooked eggs every morning. I like their ham and cheese omelette. Also fresh detox juice. Overall is quite a nice hotel. In front of hotel there's H elarte Cafe shop also quite nice if you have time in Lima.

Muy buena ubación, cerca de todo caminando. El hotel moderno, limpio, ordenado y amables. La habitación y la cama son cómodas, buena ducha también.

Convenient location for the Lima Airport Express, stylish rooms and a great breakfast included in the price. Didn't have time for a drink at the rooftop bar unfortunately. The staff were very helpful. I would book this hotel again.

Smaller rooms particularly the bathroom/shower area. Could use an update to furniture/paint job (walls were faded/scratched). Shower had good pressure but could not maintain a steady temperature. Great location, safe, 1 block from Av Larco, which is a main street in Miraflores, close to Parque Kennedy and Larcomar (5 min walk to either), lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Front desk staff was really nice, checked me in earlier than check in time.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. We were on the 7th floor. The noise was terrible. I called front desk to enquire about the level iof moise at 11 pm in the night. They apologized and stated that it was a private event and noise I ywill stop soon. It went on to 1:30 am. We had an early flight in the mornin so no sleep for us. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Rooms are small. Area was fine. There is the most wonderful cafe across from hotel. Also, I had to book an additional day to my hotel stay way before I arrived. This hotel does not allow that and they do not have any refund if you cancel, way in advance.
