Great location !

Great place but book the deluxe sea view room for top notch experience. Lovely staff and superb location for Sozopol. Loved it and good value for money

On the positive side: Excellent location, very good breakfast and friendly staff. On the negative side: lack of convenient parking, not all elevators were working during our stay

We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was shut for refurbishment and I was left with nowhere to stay. I have yet to be refunded.

On the beach. Sea view room was amazing. Lots of food options nearby.

The staff was not accommodating at all and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Look for a different hotel as this one is not worth the money.

Hard to find parking around the hotel.

Poor condition of the hotel; small restourant with stale breakfast and super noisy atmosphere. Don't recommend.

Very good location. The only thing which I didn’t like is that the staff was using the lift more than the guests and never let you go first even with baby in your hands

The hotel has a great location - it in the city centre and everything is nearby. Villa list is in the first line on the central beach, which was a little bit overly crowded, but there are great beaches near Sozopol. We had a problem with the parking during our stay. There isn’t a parking in the hotel so they offered us to park our car in a paid parking which is 7-8 minutes away on foot. The breakfast might need some improvements. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Very expensive,poor stuff with bad attitude

The location is top center in the city Sozopol, opposite the beach. The staff is very friendly.

The servers were excellent. The furnishings are outdated.

I feel it was a bit overpriced for what it was but fine overall.

We arrived in Sozopol, we were looking for a place to sleep for the night. . . . At the end we got to Villa List, we got great service! ! The rooms are clean, the sea view from the room is amazing! ! ! Too bad we could not add nights. . . The hotel was fully booked

We choose this hotel many times and this last time we choose sector D with see view,more expensive but The room perfect big ,clean ,view of the old town and the see. There are some parts and rooms not good. Breakfast perfect,location perfect
