The housekeeping service was horrible - one of them yelled at me and told me I needed to clean with her ….reason - I ordered food and use the delivery bag as trash and she was upset I didn’t use her garbage bag.

Room and bathroom was clean and basic. Good for a one night stay for our travels. Staff was very nice and would stay again

Hotel is fine. Room a decent size, beds comfortable. Location is on the edge of a retail park with a view of the motorway. Walking distance to large supermarket, restaurants etc. Hotel modern, basic, no kettle etc in room.

No a/c

Very clean, comfortable room, with big shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. A wider variety for breakfast would have been nice.

The rooms were lacking in amenities but bright and clean. The breakfast options were good. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and a delicious bakery.

Lovely place to stay hotel Ace looks like brand new. The bed was so comfy make you sleep tight. There’s a lot of shops around the hotel.

Très bon accueil. Proche du centre commercial, et d’innombrables boutiques de tout genre, gare à proximité également, proche de l’autoroute sans toutefois qu’on soit embêtée par du bruit.

Just good for 1 night

Hotel reception was very pleasant even though I arrived late at night. Hotel was easy to find, lovely inside. The hotel is clean comfortable, new & everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was basic but very good. Better the the Mercure Le Coudray, where I stayed last night & much cheaper

Very good as the hotel is brand new. Very good value for the money. Maybe in a years time it may look different.

It was a disaster. Staff at 11pm check in was incompetent and rude. Room was properly cleaned. We didn’t have any bath towels in the room. Couldn’t sleep all night as the AC was not working and we were melting. Then we opened the window to get some air and our room was facing the highway so then it got extremely loud. All in all a very poor experience. If this can be refunded I would appreciate it.

This was a great hotel for a quick one night stop on a long drive. Staff were friendly and accommodating, giving our children KinderEggs upon arrival and accommodating our picky children for breakfast. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. It did, however, smell remotely of fish but I suspect that was due to some new furniture/construction off-gasing.
