Wonderful welcoming staff, lovely clean room

Tiny room and bathroom, hotel off highway, noisy outside and inside

I was travelling with my elderly parents and my dog. The disabled parking bay was directly outside the main reception and our rooms were opposite each other also close to reception. All staff were very helpful and caring. Rooms were immaculate. Just a shame there were no refreshment facilities in the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were lovely! The public areas have real character and very welcoming. The rooms are nice, strangely had no curtains, but it was a flying visit for us so didn’t matter. The bed was a problem for me, I can usually sleep on a washing line, but this one felt like I needed traction the next morning. (It was a twin bed)

Travelling through so it was an ideal hotel.

This hotel was very convenient and clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful and very well prepared. The dining options close by were fantastic and convenient. The only thing we found slightly bad is that the rooms were soundproof from the outside traffic which was awesome but they're not soundproof from each other as we heard other rooms coming and going quite loudly.

First time staying here and throughly impressed. The female staff member was friendly and very helpful, especially when we forgot to book a cot! Family room was spacious, clean and well equiped. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. The air con was amazing especially after travelling for 6hrs in a heatwave (39.5°) in a car with broken air con!! Definitely staying here again!

Good hotel. Hollys diner was a hit with the children. Pillows are FAR too thin - like a piece of toast.

Lovely hotel, Modern and clean. Very warm welcome. Our room was perfect and we had a view over the garden. The hotel has a fun American diner theme and the restaurant was a setting just like in the movies! Very good find and would definitly stay again.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Ideal for our overnight stay transiting France. Adjacent to autoroute junction but excellent soundproofing. Blackout blind on window. Excellent pizzas at adjacent pizzaria. Extra pillows would be nice addition.
