Good breakfast

Clean room, staff was very attentive and informative. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing was we were told the pool was heated and it was not.

The property was clean, safe, convenient and fun. The pool and zen garden are great features. My only complain is the wifi and tv don’t work so well. That could be a Tijuana thing though. But I didn’t care too much as I spent my time outside, I’ll definitely be going back!

I did not actually stay at this property. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to urgently leave Tijuana and attempted to cancel this reservation within minutes of booking. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any flexibility and strictly enforced a non-refundable policy. I fully understand that policies exist — that’s not the issue. But when a guest requests a cancellation literally within one minute, there is clearly room for basic human judgment and exception handling. Choosing to hide behind policy in a situation like this says a lot about the level of the property. It reflects a very rigid, profit-first approach rather than genuine hospitality. This experience alone is enough for me to never consider staying here. I would strongly recommend being extremely careful when booking this property. If anything changes in your plans — even immediately — don’t expect any understanding or support. Very disappointing experience.

The food was really good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The gym has decent equipment, but 3 out the 4 treadmills were down the whole time I was there. I really like the place. I plan on booking another stay there again for my next visit.

Rooms are great! Ample space and very clean. Bar and morning breakfast make it easy on your trip whether its for one day or more!
