Everything was perfect except no upgrade option.

Only 1 of the electric outlet worked in the room

The staff at the hotel was very kind, professional, and helpful. The rooms were in great condition and looked new, which was nice. However, I was disappointed with how my special anniversary request was handled. I chose this hotel because it looked like a romantic place for couples on the website. They offered to decorate the room to make it special, When I decided to cancel the alcohol (which was overprice), they said they wouldn’t give us any surprises or decorations anymore because we wouldn’t pay for the alcohol. That was a bit disappointing and took away from the celebration

The breakfast service I so bad. The menu options are so poor. They obligated the people to keep a small ticket per day to use it. If you want a regular coffee or different options they charge for it. I bought the plan with breakfast include but was’t good idea for the restaurant instructions and terrible service

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly but the rooms felt a bit too small for the price. Though the blackout shades were nice you were also able to hear the cars at night because I had sound machine it kind of cancelled the noise out. There are a lot of conveniences as far as food, groceries and pharmacies nearby so that was a plus. The parking was a bit crowded so plan accordingly.
