Buenas instalaciones a costo accesible

Very poor front desk service. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Mold all around shower. Towels grayish, old and awful.

Staff is great and it's convenient for the neighborhood. I wish there were in room mini fridges, but staff is happy to put things in and out of the fridge 24hrs a day.

Habitación sucia, almohada manchada como de vino o sangre ,el baño estaba sucio no lo lavaron y había una popo ahí que no se fue al descargar el agua, cuando llegueo reporte pero solo me dijeron que lo iban pasar al área correspondiente, solicite canbio de habitación y nada, me salí un día antes dejé una no he pagada sin usarla, ya no quise quedarme x lo sucio que estaba la habitación ,NO LA RECOMENDARIA

Transportes conveniente,buen servicio de recepcion y habitacion limpia,pero el ruido de los autos y de la habitacion contiguo por la noche hace que sea dificil conseguir una buena noche de sueno

The room felt neglected. It didn't feel clean and the A/C was a little bit off, it didn't cool the room properly. The restaurant was closed for lunch or dinner and the hotel is far away for places to eat.

No sound proofing. Trucks heard al night every 10 minutes

The room was disgusting. I left 15 min after checkin & the staff agreed to a refund. Later they played dumb and said they didn’t offer that. Expedia has been of no help in the matter. I ended up paying for another hotel that night and no one has valued their customer. From now on I’ll be using Hilton honors directly. Truly embarrassing for the property and Expedia.

The safety box was broken. I requested an extra blanket since it was super cold and they did not have extra blankets or heater.

Desayuno limitado y de mala calidad, muy sucia la habitación y malos olores, la recámara nada que ver con la ofertada a pesar del bajo hospedaje. Tiempo excesivo para el room service y platillos presentados de forma deficiente.

The hotel is basic and clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast options are limited and ran out frequently. Hotel staff were friendly. No frills hotel but decently priced.

Muy ruidoso los cuartos, abren una puerta en el piso y parece que están entrando a tu cuarto de lo ruidoso. La calle y ventanas igual, muchísimo ruido.
