Clean, polite, good customer support

The facilities getting little bit old. The beach have a lot trash and stranger walk around not private beach. Overall it not bad

Too bad, the condition of the villa has deteriorated but is not maintained. Especially when I checked out, I was charged 2 million VND because the villa manager thought that I poured beer down and made the water unfilterable, so I had to change the water??? When I organize a pool party, it is very normal for a few cans of beer to accidentally spill into the pool, it is not possible because of a few beer cans that can make the lake so cloudy that it cannot be filtered. The manager even challenged the villa next door to pour beer down for me to verify??? Too bad experience, will never go back

Wonderful trip with my family staying in the villas. Hotel also has a nice Thai restaurant with delicious food, plus a romantic beach bar to watch sunset. This is all you need for an amazing holiday!
