The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely hotel, room overlooked the square but triple glazed so no noise, very clean and comfortable, good standard of equipment, lots of restaurants locally including an offer at their own, walkable to the shore. Thoroughly recommended

A large comfy bed, and an unusually large TV. Surprisingly quiet considering the location in the centre of town. Complete with a takeaway breakfast, it represented excellent value, and well wortth another visit!

Arrived found the entrance quite easily, cardvwas inthe place it should have been. We were o the top floor so a bit of a hike up the various stairs, but it is what it is. Room was excellent, clean, tidy, well laid out. Rang to confirm how we get the Continental breakfast, as we were unsure, spoke to a lovely girl who confirmed it would be left on the hook outside the door in the morning, around 7:30 and we heard it being left. Overall stay was brilliant and would recommend this accommodation both for price and value.

Room was clean. Location was excellent. I didn't see any staff there at all. I guess they all work behind the scenes.

Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. Hotel not manned but contact phone available on reception desk and someone will assist with your query when contacted. Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above.

The only downside to this property is the lack of parking but if your lucky enough (like i was) you can park on queen's road for free!! Only a short walk away.

Lovely property and always a great stay

The hotel has no reception staff. It’s a key card in a combination lock box. It worked well, the room was great, clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Complementary Nespresso coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers. Walk in shower and the bed was comfy. Right in the middle of Lytham. Great location.
