Easy booking in, helpful & friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi, but otherwise we had a great stay.

I’ve stayed at Westow House twice now! Excellent value for money, really nicely decorated rooms, with all the amenities you would need! I really wouldn’t hesitate booking again if in the area. Staff are helpful. P.S you don’t hear the noise from the bar downstairs !

A fantastic stay in a brilliant location. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, a really well-equipped room and all-round a lovely trip.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was great to have a sofa to sit on rather than watch tv in bed! Lovely modern and large bathroom. A great find

The pros: - Great pub if you want a few drinks and a bite to eat - Good location by Crystal Palace park and in the Triangle - Good price when I stayed The cons - The room I stayed in needs some TLC. In the bathroom, the radiator was hanging off the wall, there were cracked tiles, the blind was dirty. In the bedroom there were significant water stains on the walls and furniture, the carpet was worn and dirty. - Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door decided to have an extremely loud and violent argument for most of the night, slamming doors and furniture, screaming and swearing. It took several hours before security intervened, leaving me and the other guests with a sleepless night and feeling unsafe. - The windows and walls are thin and not sound proof. The traffic and people noise around the property will keep you awake if you are not a heavy sleeper. If you are having a night out locally and want somewhere to sleep this could be a good option. But if you need rest and relaxation I would look elsewhere.

Really clean and comfortable

Night porter has been passed bar duties and cleans, tidies whilst scraping metal chairs against cobbles and paving flags. A racket that went on for approx an 1hr between 1 and 2 in the morning. Strikes me that the clean up of external areas should be done at closing time. Not the night porters fault. I imagine he thinks he is helping. Great pub, lovely rooms, good food but sleep was a write off 2 from 3 nights even though the staff were informed politely after the first night.

Lovely room and bathroom. Easy check in check out service.
