Fantastic location, comfy beds and delicious plant-based breakfast.

Warning! No lift ! Overnight is fine or two days. If you have health problem or can not carry your suitcase/suitcases, climb the spiral stairways... I do not recommend this place. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was great. The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day when we checked. We put up with the heated overnight because the technician wasn't available until the next day. Thank you for providing the old and dirty electric fan. We opened the windows to get some air. We like the fact that Westow is close to everything. The Crystal Palace station is within walking distance. You can take Uber if you have luggages. We still like Westow but will stay somewhere else next time we are in London . It is not worth paying what they charge having no lift to bring the luggages or to go up to the top floor. Thank you to the friendly and wonderful staff including the hotel cleaners.

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable, air-conditioned room. It’s on a busy road so expect traffic noise throughout the night, and also note the rooms only have space to unpack 1-2 nights of clothing.

What a great find! The pub had such a lovely vibe, great staff. The place is really stylish and comfy- my room was gorgeous, really good bed. I was in London for work but wish I'd booked 2 nights. Would definately stay again.

We like Westow. We've been staying here when we visit relative. The breakfast is good. The only problem is there is no lift so you have ask the staff to bring up and carry down your suitcases. We were on the third floor. The staff is wonderful. We still highly recommend this place. We will stay here again.

The experience of staying at westow house was excellent from the time of checking in to the stay and checking out The room was clean and fresh and the bed was so comfortable and clean This was our first visit but we were so impressed that we have booked another three days there in two weeks time I would recommend a visit to anyone and quite understand why they have such a good reputation

This is not a cheap place, so to find a small room where one of the bedside lamps didn't work, where the shampoo dispenser in the shower didn't work, where the curtains were torn, it's not good enough. And I thought I'd mention this when checking out, but when I handed in the card, the guy at Reception didn't even look at me, carried on his inconsequential conversation with his mate, and didn't bother asking or even saying thanks and goodbye. Nothing other than poor and overpriced.

Great place to stay when attending an event at Crystal Palace Park. We loved the room, attention to details, the very nice breakfast and how friendly the staff is. We also the pub, it was lively with a great atmosphere.

Perfectly positioned for attending a concert at Crystal Palace. Lovely room with super air-conditioning. Friendly bar staff and a brilliant cooked breakfast. Looking forward to staying here again when we are next in the area.

Exceeded expectations. Comfy room with A/C on the hottest day of the year felt like finding an oasis in the desert. The pub and restaurant were lively with a cool breeze coming through. Good food too!

Nice big room, very comfy bed. Quiet after the bar closed. Fantastic breakfast - as good as I’ve had anywhere. Friendly staff. Just fantastic. Would definitely go back.

Website gives impression there’s dedicated parking but you have to take your chances in neighbouring streets, although at least it is free. Best unload on corner, check in, then park. Rooms are spacious and well appointed but mine was poorly lit, only one light in large bathroom. No lift, many stairs potentially depending on where your room is. But for S London this is great value and the breakfast was especially good.

Lovely spacious pub hotel with really nicely appointed rooms. Only slight negatives would be lack of wardrobe space (hangers on hooks) and lack of window sound insulation so can be a little noisy... but hey its above a pub right. Very good value.

All good excellent experience

I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost its character a bit.
