Bed in need of replacement - not comfortable

Clean spacious room. Free parking and ev chargers on site.

Shower head was filthy and needs replacing. Apart from that, everything was good.

Very pleasant hotel. Comfortable bed and good amount of space in the room. We requested an iron anc ironing board and got it straight away. The hotel is in a great location Only downside is the WiFi is very poor.

Basic and very expensive for what it was

Really nice family room- air con wasn’t operating correctly so was quite warm and a few little things missing like only two cups for four people but a really lovely clean room

Great location for stop over on route to south coast. Room clean & bed comfortable with lovely bar & restaurant on site. Competative price.

Friendly, quiet and comfortable

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy. Check in was a little confusing as to where the actual check in desk was, other customers were also unsure. Bathroom floor was uneven and not great for myself who is disabled, it felt like it was sinking by the bath.

Excellent comfortable rooms loly and warm great shower. The restaurant serving breakfast was fab great fresh cooked breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Id definitely reccomend staying here id stay again.

The room was lovely and spotless. The double bed was super comfy. The extra beds weren’t quite as comfy, but they were alright. We had a great choice of teas and coffee. Breakfast was very good—definitely recommend it! We also had dinner at the restaurant one night, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Being close to Sainsbury’s was a big help. Check-in and check-out were quite easy. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was ok, maybe a little cold. Restaurant and bar staff were ok ( just doing their jobs). The lady taking the breakfast orders on Friday 9th January was amazing she went above and beyond to assist.

Room was lovey and clean and beds were comfortable. Food in the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly. Only negative is for breakfast there was 1 lady doing everything so we waited 30 mins for our food order to be taken and then the continental buffet was all running very low as she was just to busy trying to do it all
