Very friendly owners and the room was clean and modern. However, the air conditioning was set to 24.4C and increased to 24.8 with us inside. There is a sign in the room that states the air conditioning is state of the art... But you can't adjust it. We wrote the owner to get it lowered even to the 22/23 mark as we have a small baby. He agreed. Temperature remained 24.4C for our stay with no activity in the room. So either the state of the art is broken or no one bothered adjusting the temperature. Perhaps they like to cut costs. I will stay where I can adjust the temperature.

The lady was very nice and helpful, but at checkout. On the day of checkout, she told us we could check out at 1:00 PM. We arrived at 1:00 PM and the lady had already cleaned the room, put our things in the hallway, and didn't let us go back to check if everything was there because everything had already been disinfected. Maybe this is OCD, but we found her a bit harsh towards us.

Very centrally located B&B, just a few minutes' walk from the city center (both old and new) and beautiful beaches. Parking is available nearby, including free parking: I left my car in a white parking lot for two days. Mr. Giuseppe is always available to offer advice on what to see and do: thanks to his advice, as soon as I arrived, I learned about the Alessandra Amoroso concert: I immediately snagged a ticket! Clean rooms, breakfast with a wide selection of packaged goods, and drinks in the fridge. Quiet location.
