I stayed in unit A2, the tiles were really heaving but the sofa was safe. The important thing is to be careful. The swimming pool cannot be used by tenants. Only the original residents can use it. Finally, because the children wanted to swim, we looked for a pool around the villa. The electricity ran out at 1 am. It's better to check again if you want to rent it, is there enough electricity. I had to call the staff at night. And at first they didn't pick up, only after going to the security post did they respond. The villa is spacious, there is a mini kitchen for small cooking. The location and shape of the house are good, but like other reviews, it turns out that it really happened. The smell of septic tanks in all bathrooms, also the tiles are loose and rising, so it is dangerous for those who bring small children. The sheets are full of stains, the thin blankets are torn and dirty. Worse still, it is not cleaned. There is a housekeeper but she doesn't want to clean it, she said it is only cleaned when checking in and checking out ... just throwing out the trash. So don't expect facilities and services here ... it is indeed a bit surprising why the owner is not aware, even though this is a hospitality business ... maybe because they feel that the location and house are good so they are definitely needed, so there is no need for service ....

The experience was very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, fully furnished, there was a living room, dining table, kitchen, refrigerator. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled really bad, like clogged sewage, so the flow wasn't smooth, no toiletries were available.

Villa yang terletak di perumahan yang cukup elit, bangunan bagus, lokasi strategis tidak terlalu jauh dari kota. Sayang bangunan kurang terawat, kebersihan kurang, banyak kran di toilet yang rusak dan bocor, selimut tipis tidak seperti selimut-selimut di hotel, di kamar utama ada bathtub nya sayang bau kamarnya kayak bau got sepertinya bau dari toiletnya masuk ke kamar. Kolam renang ternyata terpisah dari penginapan jaraknya sekitar 200 meter di pojok komplek.

Kamar bau got septic tank. Tidak terawat. Gas LPG kosong, sabun tidak tersedia, sprei bekas tidak di ganti, ob ramah tapi tidak merawat kamar mandi jorok! Bau! Owner harus cek properti! Horor berhantu di kamar mandi, kamar utama ada hantu! Dapur bawah ada hantu makan di meja makan, belum waktu check out kami pergi cari tempat lain.

Datang saat maghrib dan kondisi hujan, diminta menunggu 40 menit karena ternyata owner tidak menginfokan house keeper bahwa akan ada tamu. Rumahnya terlihat mewah dan berada di lingkungan yang sejuk, tapi kondisi rumah perlu banyak perbaikan. Kamar mandi di kamar utama punya masalah saluran air sehingga mengeluarkan bau sangat sangat busuk, dan kalau pintu kamar mandi tidak ditutup baunya akan masuk ke kamar-kamar lain. AC di kamar remotenya mati harus menyalakan dari AC nya sendiri. Beberapa lampu juga mati dan butuh diganti.

There was a cockroach carcass on the blanket. Blankets don't smell like pieces of cloth in all rooms. The bed linen has "dirty" spots. On the second day, the water can die in one unit, it can't be used until the evening. Being moved to another hotel was also not given an option, you could change to a hotel that was cheaper than the price of the villa ordered. The service is very lacking. Disappointed.

The villa does not match the brochure, it is dirty, the water comes out small, the bathtub is clogged, the room smells bad, the person in charge on the phone is very difficult, the sheets are also very dirty.

Despite having friendly housekeeper, the house was a wreck. The house has 3 toilets and bathrooms, but it was all stinky and dirty even though we already purchase and use “kapur barus and bebek toilet”. The floor and bed was all dusty and has no proper blanket. Owner of this villa has to fix all the problems and should maintain this villa more!
