ช่วงเวลาประมาณ5ทุ่ม มีพนักงานผู้หญิงมาเคาะห้อง แล้วถามว่าลูกค้าสูบบุหรี่หรือเปล่า เราตอบว่าไม่ได้สูบเราหลับแล้ว พนักงานก็ บอกว่ามีไฟเตือนที่ห้องเราบอกว่าห้องเราสูบบุหรี่ หน้าพนักงานคือเหวี่ยงสุดดดดดดดดดดดดด แล้วก็มีสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ดังขึ้น ทุกห้องตกใจและเปิดประตูออกมาดู แล้วพนักงานก็รีบลงไปชั้น1 เพื่อปิดสัญญาณเตือน (เราพักชั้น8) แล้วเรากับห้องตรงข้ามก็ลงลิฟต์ตามไปเพื่อสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น เมื่อลงไปถึงก็ถามพนักงาน พนักงานคนนั้นไม่ตอบและทำหน้าเมินเรา แต่ตอบอีกคนว่ามีคนสูบบุหรี่แต่ไม่รู้ห้องไหน แล้วเราก็ถามว่าแล้วห้องเราหรอที่สูบ ก็เมินไม่ตอบเรา แล้วรับโทรศัพท์และเดินขึ้นลิฟต์ไป ไม่ขอโทษใด ๆ คืนนี้ทำให้นอนไม่หลับเลยเพราะระแวง ไม่โอเคกับพนักงานคนนี้มา เพราะ ไม่มีการชี้แจงและไม่มีคำขอโทษใดๆ ไม่ควรมีพนักงานแบบนี้ในโรงแรมนะคะ เพราะงานบริการควรยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับลูกค้า (ไม่ได้คาดหวังกับห้องพักที่ราคาประมาณนี้ แต่มารยาทของพนักงานแทบจะไม่มีเลย เข้าใจว่ามาสอบถามเพื่อความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าทุกคนที่เข้าพัก แต่ควรชี้แจงและขอโทษในเมื่อคุณหาสาเหตุไม่ได้ว่าเกิดจากอะไร)
