We had a exceptional stay at the hotel very near to all the sights we wanted to see and visit.

Lovely room, clean and up to date. Breakfast was lovely, good choices.

Lovely location, very friendly staff, the sky bar was so much fun. The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. Luciano at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly.

The property was very well located. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was fantastic with large windows that opened up to a quiet courtyard.

Great location. Unfortunately no AC which meant window needed to be open, very busy street making it difficult to sleep. WiFi was very poor signal. Overall most people would like enjoy significantly but wasn’t the right fit for me since I needed internet access and need temp control. Staff was nice.

We had a lovely room facing the court yard. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

We’ve stayed at Hotel La Scaletta Al Ponte Vecchio during late February. We were expecting a double standard room with garden for which the photos displayed beautiful interiors and furniture. However, we were utterly disappointed with the room which is complete opposite of the website images. The room lighting was dimmed, bed was in awkward centre position and there were no garden views outside the window. I would not advise this stay if one is anticipating their bookings to be presented exactly what’s shown on the page.

Great location! Warm reception. Small but very nice rooms. Modern and newly renovated bathrooms! Very nice breakfast. I definitely will return.
