The beach scenery was beautiful, and check-in went smoothly, though my family was initially directed to the wrong room by a staff member. Unfortunately, the chalet itself was disappointing, with visible mold in both the kitchen and bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work in the room, so I had to rely on my mobile hotspot throughout my stay. While swimming was complimentary, I was unpleasantly surprised by an unexpected £4 towel charge—which I only found out about on my third day. By the end of my stay, I had spent £32 just on pool towels, which felt unreasonable.

The bed was very comfy and clean. Sofa/day bed comfortable and practical. The missed some basic utensils (eg. Glasses ,a sharp knife to cut food. The cutlery was very poor quality. Could only buy microwave meals or tinned. Suggest getting an air fryer, so meals can be cooked. The shower had a good spray, but the shower tray appeared to be falling away from the wall. The windows were drity . Overall it just needed some TLC, a lick of paint, and more of a practical floor covering (eg. Linoleum). The television access and WIFI was very good. When staying in the rooms over the road (across from the hotel) you have access to the hotel's swimming pool and spra area. The booking in staff were ok, she was a bit confused and needed extra support, generally they were lovely. I might consider a revisit due to the access to the beach and other amenities.

Basic property. In need of work doing. Not spotlessly clean. Had to wipe down table and chairs as they had not been cleaned. Fridge was dated and not very cold though the beds are comfortable and clean and towels clean and fresh. Difficult to sleep as too warm to close windows but left open the seagulls and birds kept u awake 😀 not a great deal to do there but we spent most time away out and about. Basic enough to sleep in and chill for couple hours before bed. Chalets are definitely in need of a facelift. Staff at hotel (across the road)lovely and friendly.

Enjoyable stay. Fridge and small kitchen were ideal. Good cleanliness and very friendly staff at the hotel when needed. A good base for exploring North Wales.

Super place to stay if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful room; kitchen area with fridge/freezer, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster and sink so you can cater for yourselve easily and a decent amount of space in the room. Everything is amazingly clean, while the room is a bit old and dated, it is brilliantly maintained and spotless. The only difference between staying here or at a Travelodge is that you will need to do your own breakfast and there are less plugs. If I was in the area again, I'd definitely stay there, but I would pack a socket doubler/multi usb charger and a small extension lead as there were no plugs we could find in the second bedroom. Not a big hassle and with two bedrooms it's better for a family than the usual chain options.
