The check-in process took too long, the condition of the room was very old and poorly maintained.

Very satisfied staying here, the hotel is clean and comfortable, cold air conditioning, provided wifi, complete toiletries, provided tableware, strategic location, 3 star prices with 4 star hotel quality.

Actually the location is very strategic, but the interior of the room is not the same as the photos offered on the Traveloka Site, the location is behind the mall so you have to pay normal parking rates, no free parking. Good cooperative unit owners and quick response to address tenant complaints.

The bathroom has a cockroach, there is no cable TV, please replace the sheets because they are dirty.

Strengths: 1. The owner was really helpful. They managed to accommodate my request for early check in and late checkout. 2. I could find everything listed in facilities list: massage chair, water dispenser, cooking tools, powerful wifi signal, cable tv, etc. All of them can be used. 3. The surroundings were really quiet and that was what I was looking for. Almost no disturbing noises. Also, it is really near a mall, so I could find anything within walking distance. Weakness: 1. Sometimes I could smell odor from outside, like food smell and cigarettes smoke even though I closed my door. Not sure if it was a common thing to happen when living in apartment or not. But I felt uncomfortable. 2. I could find dusts in some spots, like where the wifi router placed and the corner of dish washing basin. Seemed like the cleaning process was not thoroughly done. That was make me wonder whether the sheets were changed from previous tenant. Maybe because currently we were in pandemic condition, little dust really triggered me to feel unhygienic. 3. The basin in bathroom kept leaking water from under. Overall, the place was worthed.

The owner and his staff are very cooperative, all questions and complaints are quickly responded, steady.

Hosts are cooperative and quick response, clean, cold air-conditioning, available gallon mineral water, towels, shampoo soap, free coffee tea. To be sure close to Damal. Will back soon.

The apartment was very clean recommended.

Comfy and super clean room, more than we expected, keep up the good work. Complete toiletries, comfortable and clean room, free wifi and cable tv, dining and cooking utensils are provided, there are p * p noodles and snacks so no need to look out. Nice place to spend your day here

Very complete facilities, there are stoves and cooking utensils, TV cable, and wifi too fast. The funny thing is there is a massage chair, the bedroom and bathroom are clean, neat, fragrant. Really recommended
