Television in the room is not working. The technician come to our room and try to fix it. But the problem cannot solve. We already book for 2 night. Unfortunely we cannot stay at the hotel without television. So we talked to management that we will only stay for 1 night and another 1 night we want hotel to refund our money. The management agreed to refund our money but they want us to deal with online agent. Already contact customer service via chat session. Hopefully I can get my money back since I already checked out from the hotel this morning. The toilet also not clean. I have find a lot of ants and I clean the toilet by myself.

Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The room is big, comfortable and the facilities are all good.

Pro: Spacious & clean room. Serene environment. Has a beautiful garden. Hot water centralized & work well anyti me. Cons: Away from main road, poor road condition. No wifi & no 4 G signal.

Very cozy and classic, bad things are only the roads going to the place and the mobile phone signal is poor.

This hotel located at remote area with gravel road. Accidentally booked this hotel because of the pin map shows it is located near main road (already informed the app to relocate). It was business travel and we are too tired and just check in, as we arrived around 12midnight. The room is good and clean. The hotel is nice and quiet. But we had sleepless night, perhaps because we are not use to this situation.

Room blankets and pillows smelled, requesting extra blankets is not allowed. It's very cold at night so be sure to bring a sweater to sleep

overall ok. quiet place, so calm, away from busiest town. only the road condition make the rating 7/10. if small car have to drive carefully. got holes and still some gravel. I booked executive suite. the room quite big and have balcony outside to stay. view also ok. need go to kundasang town for food no restaurant or shop nearby.

The place is beautiful. Awesome view. Room is good.have water heater at shower and sinki. Tv room not functioning. No cafeteria. Need to buy food from town. 1.5-2 km off road. Kundasang lama village road..value for money.

Best! The atmosphere is quiet, the room is ok, comfortable, large and clean. Insyaallah next will be here again.

I'm satisfied with the service and the surrounding was awesome. Surely will stay again.

The room is directly opposite the mountain where the corridor is and the seating area enjoys the beauty of the mountain.
