Perfect hotel, excellent location, great room! The family sized room has two stories which was perfect for our family of 4. Our children loved having their own space upstairs with their own TV. Very clean, easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to the black sand beach, little church in the hill, the soup kitchen where the lava show is. And we met our tour guide to the cave right across the street.

We really enjoyed the big breakfast buffet with everything possible. Parking was a bit tricky as we couldn’t find the parking lot and had to circle around twice, but the hotel itself is very nice clean rooms and we had a wonderful stay.

We really liked that they offered us a wake up call if the northern lights were in the sky. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things really enjoyed the chocolate croissant.

Stayed one night, didn’t spend much time in hotel but everything met our expectations.

Very comfortable large room with an excellent bathroom. Nice breakfast too. Couldn’t have been better. Impressed that they agreed to refund one night when we couldn’t get to Vik due to road closures down to horrific weather!

We are very grateful to the front desk staff. During our two-night stay, they kindly called to notify us when the northern lights were visible. In addition, the breakfast was excellent.

Very clean room and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very good and There is also a very nice lounge on the ground floor if you wanted to relax or work.

The room was good, however the bathroom smelled. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Staff was nice, but found our room to be a bit dirty under the couch and on top of the sheets. The floor was cold and there was no slippers provided for the price of the hotel. Breakfast was good, but coffee was ok.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
