Great location. accessible to shopping places, restaurants, walking distance to points of interests n bus stops. Staff was very helpful

It was central, which is very convenient but no A/C, very small rooms with noisy ventilator they provide. Preferred the sister hotel, Midlaugar on the other side of the corner.

Great location in heart of city and tour buses stop right outside. Rooms are modern and very clean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Walk down the lighted inside stairs to enjoy many Icelandic phrases…what a hoot. Property has great bar that opens at 6 pm with window on Main Street for people watching after a long day. You can also order full dinner from restaurant that is served in bar area. Food was delicious. Only complaint is that balcony rooms share balcony with every guest (no dividers/private space). Floor to ceiling windows require that you close blackout curtains for any privacy making room dark when you just want privacy.

The central location and friendly and accommodating staff made this a wonderful place to stay. Our room was lovely, with a balcony that included a view all the way to the waterfront.

The Staff was very accommodating, The hotel was centrally located. Clean. Rooms were on the small size but, the layout fit. Breakfast was very good, I would stay there again.

Tremendous property right outside stop 9. On the 4th floor I had a sneaky view of the mountains. Standard breakfast and it gets busy early. It is a hike from the harbor, but blocks from the church, plenty of food options close by!

We stayed in the double twin room which is small but clean and adequate to our needs. The bathroom was good size. Beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was was really good. Front desk staff was friendly. We picked this hotel because of the location on Laugavegur Street and that it was next to bus stop #9. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I really like minimalist hotels with sass. This place has a great vibe and is an easy out-the-door walk to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect location, friendly and wonderful staff, clean room and great complimentary breakfast. Could not ask for more.

The room was very clean. I loved the large bathtub. The bathroom could have used a small counter around the sink area. The breakfast had nice food options.

Great customer service at check in and check out. I had a 6:30am flight, so I needed to check out in time for the 4:10am shuttle to the airport. Staff suggested I could get a quick breakfast - some of which had already been set up for the day (toast, fruit, yogurt, etc.). The hotel is wonderfully convenient to the airport. I really recommend this hotel because it is on the perfect street to walk to restaurants and to go shopping. Excellent.

The air conditioner was broker. I was heated up in the room and got sick. I asked to change room. There is only one room available for one night. I have to pack again and move to a different room! I’m very disappointed. I paid for a premium room, but i didn’t get what I paid for it. Please see if you can compensate me with future credits.

Walls are a little thin, so some noise, otherwise perfection!

Is a nice hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean. Restaurant food is great. However, since our room is facing the street and the window cannot close shut, very noisy street and people talking til 2 am. Can’t sleep til 3 pm
