Only this time I booked at Traveloka was very unpleasant, because until the location of the bintaro icon there was no service for my reservation, and when someone contacted me it turned out that the book was transferred to another. Even so, I was still asked to wait for the key to be delivered from another location for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Because it was late and I was tired, I finally left because I was very disappointed with this experience. I really hope for the refund that I have paid for the disappointment and service I did not get. Hopefully this bad experience does not happen to other customers. Thanks.
