Overall it's a clean and quiet place to stay. Some minor maintenance is required. The staff is polite.

Very close to a large shopping mall

The staff are very friendly and helpful at this hotel. The hotel itself is quite rundown and in need of refurbishment. In terms of location, it is well situated for both new town and old town, near to a mall which has a supermarket with a good range of products. I would not stay at this hotel again, until it had been updated.

Clean apartment with all the basic amenities and in walking distance to a lot of amazing places Marrakech has to offer.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast delivered to our room (extra charge) in the morning was delicious and bountiful and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. We stayed two separate nights, in two different rooms, and were very satisfied. Thank you for a great experience in Marrakech!

This hotel is aging and the room was showing a little wear. The electric heater struggled a little to get the room up to temp. The cleaning staff is excellent and energetic. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dark and quiet and I slept well. The staff did not disturb me and let me sleep in. The wi-fi needs to be better. It was not sufficient for work. We stayed only quickly after a late flight arrival but the little hotel apartment was lovely. Staff was excellent, easy check in, very clean and quiet property.

Brilliant and clean property get a whole apartment for cheap in marrakech’s new city. Walking back on a night can be scary with people hanging about in cars

Great spacious apartments for a very decent price. Has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Also located in a nice quite area with shops nearby and not to far from the main city center.

Besides the cockroach found running around in the kitchen all went well. Facility should hire a insect control company to help.
