Environment is fine, room is spacious but the room need improvements on the cleanliness.

Many hidden fee that did not tell customers up front. For example, there is rm20 housekeeping fee which is not being informed up front. Another important point is parking is handle by different management (meaning parking is not free).

As what others mentioned, not easy to find. Actually is inside Qliq hotel. My issue are the room kind of worn out. The shower is not fully covered causing the whole bathroom will wet when you bath. The bathroom door unable to lock. Jist sliding door. Worst cast I found few small roaches in the room. Might not consider this hotel in the future.

Check-in was easy. Host check-in instructions were clear. Room was generally clean and spacious with large beds and sofas. View from our window is facing greeneries. Location is nearby malls for shopping and food. Toilet is generally clean but toilet door is without door. Transportation should be easy with Grab. But driving to the apartment can be a nightmare if one is not familiar with the area. Other than the above, my family and I are pleased with our stay. Thk you host.

Best taw .. self check in .. just hard to find because he has the same building with another hotel .. I really need to contact the manager..tnye maps .. but the place is very comfortable ❤️
