The staff everywhere in the hotel, at the pool were amazing. They learned and knew our name throughout our 4 day stay. They were genually kind and helpful. the Room was spotless and came twice a day. We were very suprised. Thank you again.

What stood out was the exceptional service we received from the minute we arrived to the time that we left from every single person there. Front door, front desk, restaurant staff, beach and pool staff. Shout out to Vianca from guest relations who went above and beyond to make our stay at the Ritz for my birthday extra special!

I’m a loyal Ritz Carlton client and I am only leaving this review for Aruba Ritz to get better. 1st day I came staff by the pool was very good but as the days went by seemed to be lacking in performance. The spa was ok I wasn’t crazy about it definitely for the heavy price tag ( keep in mind I’ve been to 5 other ritz Carlton’s ) The main thing that got me upset is at casa nanna the restaurant down stairs made under cooked food not once but twice. On top both of sons age 2 and 2 got sick from the spaghetti and meatballs and was throwing up all night. I’ve mentioned this to the staff. And it seemed like they didn’t know what to tell me or how to fix the problem they changed me room ( that was the same room set up different number) and basically was all they can do. Then 2 nights later I ordered room service a got a brownie with ice cream and I got sick myself and was throwing up all morning right before I had to get on a 5 hour flight back home. I usually leave a short and great review for people to read and always recommend the Ritz Carlton to everyone but this was not held to the brand Reputation and I hate that I have to leave a review like this.

Let me be very clear—I was upgraded to a beautiful oceanfront suite. As a self-professed hotel snob, I expect perfection, or at least competence dressed as luxury. Unfortunately, the illusion cracked quickly. The beach furniture looked like it needed a touch of Jesus, a Shake Shack renovation budget, and an exorcism. Weathered, neglected, and tired—much like the overall attention to detail. The service was excellent… right up until I was literally bitten by bugs. That experience alone would have warranted empathy and professionalism. Instead, I was met with Susana, the manager, whose behavior was shockingly gross, dismissive, and downright mean. She embodies exactly who should not be in the customer service industry. If hospitality is about care, she missed the memo entirely.

Room was always clean — the turn down service is what I looked forward to. The food was fresh and delicious — prepared and served efficiently. Staff were incredible — white glove service everywhere you were and everyone was so happy and good vibes.

Dinner at BLT was excellent, great exec room facing the ocean. Very pretty. Beach front was well maintained and controlled for being service orientated for drinks and food. Room was big and comfortable as was the king bed. Things were clean and we saw and experienced good roaming security so we felt safe. The ritz might be a bit more in price but well worth the experience staying in Noord versus in the town of Oranjestad. The big cruise boats unload thousands of people and the streets parking and hotels are packed. Better to stay north and have a private beach.
