Very nice hotel, excellent location, close to all the famous areas and the Metro. Breakfast was superb, with a good selection. Staff were friendly and very accommodating from the front desk all the way to the kitchen.

Clean room, housekeeping was great and towels were changed daily. Occidental 414 is located in a great area near the Diagonal station, as well as walking distance to city centre. Small dissapointment would be not accomodating to our request to have a nicer facing room, at first we were told this would be no problem- then were told we would need to pay. Also, city tax is charged after your stay and not included in the hotel price as an FYI. Overall a pleasant stay, small but managable room, modern and aesthetic features- would recommend!

The room was nice and comfortable. We have got the room right away when checking in which is wonderful and thank you for the receptionist. The housekeepers were helpful. The location of the hotel was great. We can walk to shop and restaurant around the neighborhood.

Very small room, old and worn out towels, not the best sheets. Extremely difficult parking, which is also very expensive. Overall a mediocre experience, not worth the money.

Our group of 6 loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were awesome, and the cleaning was top tier. The rooms were a tad smaller than what we’re used to, but for the price and length of our week long stay, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were also in walkable distance to delicious restaurants, markets, and the metro/buses. 10/10!

Staff and rooms were great

Room was clean and the bedding was good.The staff at the hotel were great, location was very central to all sites and attractions,my sister-in-law and brother-in-law had to be moved 2 times because the air conditioning did not cool the room. In my room the remote did not work 2 times and need to be replaced and it was done promptly.. They should install a shelf in the shower so you don't have to bend down each time to take you own soap or shampoo. A grab barwould would not be a bad idea also.

Nice clean room - great location

We had an amazing stay in Barcelona and this hotel was the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfy.
