Very nice place even though the 2 bedroom wasn't actually a two bedroom. I expect to get what I'm paying for.

Good location for the Parks, outlet shopping with plenty of dinning options in walking distance. The shuttle buses to and from the park were great, did not have to wait at all.

My room stunk like old milk and the staff were not welcoming almost forced to be there. No customer service and hardly anyone checking people in.

Perfect for families. The provided the basics and that’s all we needed.

What I liked about this property was the food. Very good and prices were very good. Also I had a two bedroom suite that was great!

We were there for a couple of nights with our family. The pool and pool area was wonderful. The rooms were clean. We were close to shopping and enjoyed having the shuttle that would take us to City Walk.

Nice room for the money. Good bus service to the parks. Onsite food options were limited.

This is our second year staying at this property. Overall good place to stay except housekeeping could do a better job cleaning actual rooms my feet were dirty everytime I walked around room and beds are pretty uncomfortable, but nice pools.

I felt the food prices were extremely high. Other than that the place was wonderful

Great place

The property overall is good. I liked the benifit of getting in to UIOA an hour early, and the cleanliness of the room. The pool was relaxing, for the most part. The shuttle was convient and quick. However we disliked the smell coming in to the lobby from tower 2. It reeked, from the smokers in the "designated smoking section" of the resort.

Our room was very clean and adequate for our needs. Hotel staff was helpful with noisy upstairs neighbors on multiple nights. We enjoyed the pool area with not too loud music. It was nice to have access to tasty and affordable food, and enough healthy options to make this mom happy. The shuttles are great!
