Everything Excellent

The property rooms are very misleading o the adult side. If you’re booking an “Island View” room be prepared for it not to be an island rather a parking lot or the possibility of viewing the down town streets. Tried to explain that the wording of this is misleading and we were dismissed.

Spacious rooms. Very nice pool area with swim up bar. Loved visiting Renaissance Island and the flamingos every day!

The hotel staff was very nice and serviceable. The hotel itself is very clean. The drinks can be a little better though. Breakfast in the morning was a little tough because the hotel was feeding residents from both hotels. Overall the experience was very pleasant.

Excellent! My wife and I stayed in the “Family” resort which was Ocean Suites and had zero regrets for not choosing the adults only building. Everything about the resort was fantastic and Flamingo Island was all that it was hyped up to be.

Yes! Very nice. Yes to shops and shopping. Nice variety of price ranges and types of shops. The food was excellent, I'm vegan. The serversans chefs were very helpful and gave good recommendations.🙂 EVERYONE on staff was so welcoming friendly, helpful and professional. Special shout to Chris and Carlo/Carlos at Fresco. Arun at Sole poolside. Also Anouk, the fitness instructor! The spa was wonderful. Shout outs to Alyssa, Johanna, and Layda. Loved the boat taxi and island. Reallt, loved it all. Nothing negative.

We were only there two nights, but it was a great stay. This was by far the best Marriott property as far as recommending my loyalty status -Everybody in the whole place. Loved the pool, but coulda used more loungers in the sun. Food and drinks were excellent, as was the service at all (especially the private island - Jennifer). And speaking of the private island, we loved every bit of it - The boat ride, the loungers on the peninsula, the food and service, and plenty of towels. The shuttle drivers were great between facilities. The only negative was the checkout process, which was extremely slow - There should be a separate desk.

Very good located , nice place . Shud explain to customers that the flamingo beach IS NOT CLOSE TO THE BEACH. As is not a bech front hotel. But it is very clase and nice place close toneverything

The food was meh, but that was the only fault, from the aroma to the views everything was top tier exquisite. I would visit again, so much shopping and eats at your finger tips!
