We stayed the night before heading out of Ecuador and the staff went above and beyond for us. Scheduled the shuttled and were on time and made sure any of our concerns were answered.

Food was excellent, everyone is so professional. I left my wallet with alot of money and passport in the dining area during breakfast time and I remembered a couple of hours later and they had it for me. No one touched anything inside my purse. Really honest people. Will be back in august

This was not our best experience after numerous stays this was pretty much the worst. The room had a very strong musky smell that required deodorization, we were without hot water most of the time. In fairness, they wanted to move us to another room but after a long trip we had no energy to move again. The staff is always great and accommodating , yet the last few stays have disappointed us somewhat. Rooms are starting to show some real wear and tear, repairs would be appreciated.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of local and international options. The staff were great. The room had the necessary facilities for a great stay. The gym could use some updating though.

Very clean, modern and upscale hotel in the heart of Guayaquil. Exactly as pictured. Great breakfast buffet with authentic local dishes and intercontinental selections. Nice and helpful staff that understand English. wonderful amenities like a fully equipped gym, thermal spa suite, inviting pool and open breezy terrace. Great value for the extra cost. Very safe and secure. Would definitely stay again if I visit the area
