Staff was extremely helpful with my additional stays.

They were very gracious with extending my reservation dates, with an early check-in. Front desk also called for my transport to airport. Enjoyed my 8 day stay there. Excellent location for tourist to Ulaanbaatar.

As an International hotel, the front desk is difficult to communicate in English. The shower holder is high not good for Asia. The tile below the shower glass door is accident prone as per photo. Inconvenient to supermarket or fast food restaurants

The AC did not work so staff helped us change rooms. The hot water was Luke warm the first night. Staff was great though

I’ve stayed at this Hotel since last year and in each visit the consistency in quality of service and the staff’s willingness to help me in any way possible has broken my expectations. The hotel is located close to all major locations and outlets, Rooms are clean and spacious for the price, The breakfast could use some variety but overall filling and delicious, The staffs are great, they’ve helped me on many occasions such as Steve and Oji helped me with recommending and helping me with making reservations at great local restaurant, once again Oji has helped me with rearranging my flight ticket when it was suddenly cancelled and arranging a taxi to the airport on a short notice, He was a life savior. I would highly recommend this hotel who’s looking for excellent service for decent price.

1)Room Air conditioner blower noisy and no wind upon checkin. Maintenance guy confirmed but unable to repair, only the next day. Front desk called and informed me that aircon is unserviceable and hotel will provide FAN for the time being. Manage to change room after argued with him. 2) book hotel shuttle service with front desk. Upon checkout, there is no record of my booking. The reason is that the guy I inform is NEW! She had no choice but book a street taxi which is run down but cost MNT100, 000!

The proximity to shopping and meeting place was great, with good options for restaurants and other activities nearby as well. Value was also reasonable for the amenities and comfort

The hotel reception asked me to leave my passport at the front desk. When I asked the reason, he replied "Since we are 4 star hotel, the guests are required to leave their documents", which is so untrue...

The staff is very helpful, cheerful, and ready. They speak English too.

Great value for the price. Room was comfortable, staff was great. Food on 17th floor was terrific. I liked the spa and had a good experience all around.

Feels like 3 star at lobby but room interior was better. Hot water not hot enough. Breakfast spread is decent but not good not bad. Plenty of group tourist

The hotel is correct although the rooms are bit outdated and would need to be refreshed. The bathroom has been refurbished recently and is good. The staff speaks excellent English and is being very helpful. The gym facility is well equiped; no swimming pool available. The restaurant at the 5th floor is good; the breakfast is OK if you like asian type breakfast. You'll be disappointed if you'after a continental breakfast. The bar/restaurant at the 17th floor is very nice and offers a nice view on the city. Their list of cocktails is however limited and they don't serve what's not on the menu... No airconditioning in the room. I was there beginning of June, which is a hot period, and the room temperature was really high (25-26deg).
