The room felt neglected ( mold by the ac and bathroom ). Staff refused late check out you have to book an extra night

Very nice staff

Very average Hotel, expensive for the price. Aircon in the room is extremely loud. The reception and Bar manager are not friendly at all. Stayed twice at the Hotel and definitely not giving them another chance.

Value for money

The hotel was dirty, staff unprofessional, computer system did not work. No hot water, TV channels did not work most the time. Checked out ASAP and went to a beautiful AB&B.

It was disappointing that once checked in hotel was under renovation. Water supply was stopped. Noisy due to renovation. Hotel management should advise online about renovation.

The hotel never said they were under renovation so they were banging at 7:30am . Food was expensive and bed uncomfortable

Bedroom is in very bad condition, hall ways are dirty, phones and other services don't work. Staff was nice, but needs more training.
