Very clean and beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff at reception and in the spa were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Overall, a very pleasant and high-quality stay. The paid parking was disappointing. Many guests expect parking to be included at a Hilton, and this seems to be the main reason for lower ratings. Including parking in the room price would greatly improve the guest experience. Excellent hotel with great service, but including parking would make the experience perfect.

The leading hotel in MNE! We stayed for three nights. A perfect spot for exploring the inner city. The room was spacious and well equipped. Good and various offer for breakfast. We met Ivan, a receptionist who provided an outstanding service, such a friendly and helpful employee. 100% recommendation.

Hotel.has excellent location, five minutes walk yo the shoping area. It is nice, clean and very good for organising events..the conference rooms are well equiped, staff is pleadand and kind a d always has solution..The swimming pool is nice and big enought for swimming, open untill 22.00. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Nice and friendly staff. They are very popular with wedding venues, so there are lots of dresses up people there every day. They have a busy restaurant there as well. The hotel is very conveniently located in the small city centrum.

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The room even had a jacuzzi of a well-known manufacturer. However, the nozzles came off every time the jacuzzi has been turned on. Breakfast was good, maybe a bit too modest for this kind of hotel. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is in a very city center.
