My only complaints are that there was only a single socket in the room, which was underneath the bedside table and I had to unplug the lamp to be able to charge my phone, and this hidden away location meant that I ended up leaving the charger behind when I left because I couldn't see it. Plus a kettle in the room would be nice. But I guess it was built in 1959 and putting in more sockets for today's requirements would be a big job. Everything else was great - decor, view, communal balcony, comfy bed, sky tv, breakfast with outdoor seating, location. Very happy overall.

Friendly recpetionist. Didn't switch into English when I said I wanted to practice my Italian despite my Italian being extremly bad. Great location and good breakfast.

The ONLY thing wrong with this hotel is the A/C units (at least in the 3rd floor deluxe rooms). They put out cold air, but have a wooden shroud on them that blocks air flow. The A/C unit is right up against the panoramic window which was very warm on a hot day and drew all the cold air away from the room. The room never got cool. Everything else was completely exceptional.

Fantastic location close to parking and walking to the 3 towers. The Hotel has a fantastic breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with excellent air conditioning. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from shuttle bus drop off from Rimini.

The hotel is situated near many of the main tourist attractions of old town in San Marino, but is in a relatively quiet area. The views of the western side of San Marino from the hotel were spectacular, and could be viewed easily from any room on that side of hotel. It was very convenient to the First and Second Towers, and only a 15-minute walk to the farthest Third Tower. We took advantage one night to get some beautiful photos of sunset from the Second Tower one night. The hotel also operates a restaurant on the ground floor and we tried it for dinner one night. The service was attentive and the food was quite good. A tip for future visitors: make a reservation for the restaurant if you want a table near a window to enjoy the magnificent view while you dine. All the facilities were clean and the breakfast on the lower level was excellent— wide variety of different foods, juices, coffees, and cereals, as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, and a selection of pastries. We truly enjoyed the breakfast spread each day.

What a great location and value. This was our 1st time visiting San Marino and really enjoyed the Republic , its history , its culture , and it tax free shopping .

Great hotel, Great location!

Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold items. Room was extremely comfortable, but a 4* rating might be a bit generous. The shower is very small, but everything was impeccably clean. Location was fantastic!! If we were in the area again, we’d stay here. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area.

Breakfast was very disappointing. I arrived at 8:45, but everything was gone. No bread, no crossaints or pastry, no cheese, no bacon. I was told to wait 20 minutes, but left hungry. It was if a bus load of people had taken every fresh item. The coffee was cold and weak, when I left others were offered fresh tea and coffee, I had to get my coffee elsewhere. The rooms where noisy, you can hear guests in next room and lobby echos. Best to avoid.
