I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kokomo Caribbean Family Cottages, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay. The property itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a getaway. I felt safe and secure in the surroundings, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy my time there. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. I spent hours enjoying the water and the sound of the waves. I also indulged in an excellent massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. And let’s not forget the food—every meal was delicious and satisfying. I had such a wonderful time that I’m already planning my return to Kokomo Caribbean Family Cottages. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be! Highly recommend! 🌴✨

at Kokomo Botanical! Rooms are perfect, staff friendly and helpful, cuisine excellent, beach perfectly accessible. All was perfect and much preferable to the huge high rise hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I enjoyed staying at Kokomo. We felt safe in this very relaxing environment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was also nice to be able to take a quick shuttle to the beach with their unbrellas and chairs too.

Although this property is not on the beach, we were very pleased with the location and property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rented a car to get around the island, but the resort does offer a shuttle to the beach that runs frequently. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. The restaurant on site was delicious.

This was a delightful place to stay. Beautiful grounds, lovely well-appointed cottage. The staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful.

Clean, comfortable cottages with kitchenettes so we could make our own breakfasts. Shuttle to beach where they provided chairs and umbrellas. Great food in restaurant. Great location. Beautiful setting. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality of the resort staff who went over and beyond to take care of us and ensure our every need was met. A special shout-out to Wenie, the concierge manager. She contacted us before our arrival and ensured our villa was ready (even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time). She was there everyday checking in on us and making sure our stay was special. Our kids celebrated their birthday during this trip and Wenie found a way to make it special by decorating our room. Overall, we had a great time and while this resort is not on the beach, it's centrally located and close to everything. The beach is a 3 minute drive and the resort has chairs and umbrellas at the beach just for the guests.

Great ambience, central to everything on the island, staff very helpful and nice, beach area with shuttle to and from and beach chairs eoth umbrellas.

Loved the space and privacy that this cottage style resort provides. The two-bedroom cottage was ideal for my family of four. Resort staff were excellent, including concierge, housekeeping, message therapists, beach club attendants and wait staff. Wenie, in particular was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of during our stay. WE restaurant had great food, but service was slow. Beach club on Grace Bay was perfect. Easy to access via free shuttle, not as busy as in front of other resorts, nice chairs and umbrellas, and close to great beverage and dining options. Blue Water Bistro is a must for lunch. The only negative was the close proximity of a night club, which we could hear from our cottage. This may only impact cottages near the entrances.

Resort was very clean, staff was friendly, and food was top notch. Beach club was immaculate. Service could be VERY slow which got to be a bit much. Also, and we knew this going in, the beach is more of a drive than a short walk away. And there isn’t consistent service there.

Clean beautiful property that does feel ‘botanical’ with all the variety of flora at the property. Very nice/polite staff. The restaurant on premise has good food. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and it takes roughly 10 minutes to get there.

Wenie, was amazing! The location of the property is close to everything you want to see and experience by car. We Cafe is convenient for most meals and is a welcome change from the other options on providenciales.

Everything was awesome! The staff was the dark and enjoyed breakfast with Ruth and dinners with Mufasa!

I stayed at Kokomo for a quick birthday getaway. From the time I booked my cottage through my time at the resort, we received excellent customer service. The cottage was super cute and clean. I have no complaints or concerns about this resort and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

I believe her name was Winnie, she was excellent, called right after we landed to let us know our rooms was ready and made sure everyone in our party was okay.
