all good, the bad point is only not having orange juice in the breakfast!

First room was noisy , loud music second room was quite but drapes did not close, not creating dark sleep environment.

It’s an excellent hotel that provides very good value for money. The reception staff let the hotel down, seemingly uncertain about my reservation, and not offering me the chance to pay bills on my room. The hotel seems over staffed for what they do. The Europa Cafe was perfect.

Pillows can make or break a good nights rest. I wish the pillow were better. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and clean.

Wonderful hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet included. We were sad we couldn’t enjoy the last morning for breakfast because we had to leave super early for our flight. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, clean property with attention to every detail. Safe with security at the door, beautiful flower arrangements throughout the building, good breakfast buffet, comfortable accommodations, open floor plans in rooms.

The check-in front desk Joanna was unprofessional and needs customer service training. I just checked in, went in my room and found that the safe was not working, the phones were not working. I came down to tell her on the issue, rather than give us a new room,she insisted her bell boy could fix it, she made us go to the room again with the bell boy, obviously he couldn't fix it,and we had to come down again to get another room, we could have saved this unnecessary hassle and time, if she would of just gave us a new room. We were already exhausted from our flight and seriously avoided this hassle. She never apologized once! Not a good impression.

High end hotel at reasonable prices. Excellent dining options. Staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel overall is good/average, however there was a problem with the pipes, and a terrible odor was perceived in the hallways and bedroom. I had to leave the hotel a day early and find accommodation somewhere else. Try to get my money back for that night but unfortunately it was prepaid.

Great location, friendly staff and great dining options

Overall we really enjoyed the hotel. There were only a few problems. One is that the bed had a dent in it and that was uncomfortable. Also the AC LED light remained on and the it was not possible to turn it off which disturbed us at night. Finally the wifi signal wasn’t good and was really slow.

Surrounding area lacks the type of security that I am accustomed to. Quito has a crowded population center. It will take me time to adjust.

Great hotel, rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant options were great. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
