The property itself was beautiful. The bartenders and waiters were very nice and helpful. I got the swim up pool bedroom and it was extremely filthy. I had to call multiple times for someone to clean it. It was only cleaned once and I only used it once during my stay due to the lack of maintenance. The food at the buffet was good but it had a very small selection and lack of culture food options. The Hibachi restaurant was not that great, lack of flavor and entertainment is what made it not worth it. I really liked the small shopping area with the different store options such as the gelato shop and the coffee shop. Also, do not fall for the timeshares. They say it’s the resort’s anniversary and are doing a raffle of winning a week vacation. It is all a lie and a waste of time. The beach area is beautiful and clean. This was a good resort but I would not go back or recommend this to my family. It is an overpriced resort and you get very little in return.

Resort was ok, found a few roaches around the buffet and sports bar area (small indoor roaches not the big ones normally seen outside) not much to do around the resort. Shops are minimal and don’t offer much variety. Staff was very friendly, specially the sports bar staff. Overall this resort is good to go and relax with early nights in bed. Would not recommend long term stays due to repeated entertainment shows and food variety.

Honestly great, great resort. Despite the power going down 3 times during our 2 night stay which it only went down for 30 seconds. Our first night the bed sheets had an extremely awful smell. Once I called about it they immediately came to change the sheets and everything was well after that. Food was not the best it was mediocre, much did not have flavor. Variety could be better. But I’m not complaining, we were able to eat. The refilling of the drinks in the refrigerator was very nice. Pool was great. Room was great. Coffee machine and the drinks were a plus. Lastly the views that this resort has are just spectacular.. they literally have amazing areas for photo taking for the people that are very photo friendly we also got lucky and were able to see a cruise ship dock because they pulled the horn and this was the coolest and most breath taking thing iv seen.

We loved this place, definitely coming back.

This is my second time going to this resort. What I like the most about this place is its vibrant atmosphere and the staff’s enthusiasm. The facilities are clean and the food is good. Staying during the week is the best thing to do if you want to avoid crowds because locals usually visit the resort during the weekends.

No comment just a bad decision going there for vacation

All was good with the service and the property but a few things I think are pretty big. 1) the rooms have no air condition. They tell you they do but they do not. They lie to you. That’s enough for me to never go back there. 2) the beach when you get in the water is filled with rocks. You can’t even walk into the water to your waste without damaging your feet. Maybe clearing those rocks daily is the answer.

Las habitaciones estan muy deterioradas. La tina estaba tapada. El AC no estaba dando buen servicio.

I was not impressed with food overall, the alcohol was weak nothing was cold, just cold enough. No wash cloths in the rooms I needed to request them and was only given one for a double occupancy room. Also my tv had no signal I requested twice for someone to come, someone came and said they would return and didn’t. I would not stay again or recommend to friends and family.

The hot water in the room sometimes is not that hot

First of all I been to this resort 3 times before. Had a wonderful time each time. This time was even better. First I wanna say Michelle at the front desk is awesome. She is very attentive to every need and make sure that your stay is fabulous. Also, I really enjoyed the little games that you had in the street in the evening that made things fun and as always, the food was awesome. There was never a shortage of fresh fruit or food at any time of the day and we appreciated the ice cream pizza shop and coffee shop. can’t wait until my next visit there.

Overall this resort needs renovation, a lot of things did not work especially for the cost that people are paying. The room smelled like mold and the water was not draining correctly in the shower, therefore it was leaking to the toilet area, same thing in my sister's room. We told them about it and one of the cleaning ladies said that it happens to every room. The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled dirty like feet. Drains smell like mold and in my sister's room the drain was clogged. My sister did not have water last night and her bedsheets & pillows were also smelly. I asked for a blanket since my room did not have one and despite asking for it many times, no one brought one until the last night when I was given a little kids blanket. The food from the sports bar was terrible, from the Buffett was much better. The Grappa restaurant food was ok, some were good, some were bad. From the Zao restaurant food was much better. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Would I stay in this hotel again? Unfortunately no.

Overall I would say this resort is a 2.5 star resort. The food and drinks were poor with limited options. The beach was pretty rocky with shallow reefs. We got what we paid for as it was affordable.
