clean, but keep hasing me about wrist band

The staff were nice gentle. The food need more variety especially for kids, I had trouble with my kids and the food they are not Hispanic.

I book for my friend , he really enjoy the stay good food , nice beach good staff . Nice :)

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep in. Most places that ask you here in DR that ask you not to flush paper waste in the toilets offer a bidet hose, however, they tell you throw your paper in the trash can with your dirty waste?? Gross! The bathroom have mildew and the shower head didn’t even stay on the shower pedestal so you had to hold it while showering. The buffet was subpar and unsafe food temperature surely I got a little food poisoning since I did have to run to the bathroom often with Montezuma’s revenge! Overall, when you think of an all-inclusive resort, you’d expect to have ice and available and food whenever you want it… not so much… maybe I am a spoiled American but guess what, I paid for that luxury… oh well… I won’t be staying here again… I will say the staff were friendly.

Ira ok for a 3 or 4 day stay, has a great view and the food is good but they don’t have diferente optiones every day its preaty much the same.

Arrived at property was not greeted properly, Staff is rude, dog barking right in front of room for hours couldnt sleep, flies all over the food specially at the snack bar, food is horrible, people cant even wait for you because they get charge $50 to be on the property "waiting", can't review the lunch or dinner buffet because during my 4 day stay I didnt bother to go check after I saw how the snack bar looked. Walking out of my room wearing flips flops and my sneakers in hand the security guard yells "esos me sirven a mi" basically hey give me those shoes they fit me. I only came back to the property to shower, I wouldn't recommend it. Horrible experience. Also limited parking

The parking is full. Not well controled. Not a good hotel to relax.

We spent two wonderful days. The service in all areas was 10/10. Everyone was very friendly, the area were clean, and the beach was beautiful. They don’t have irons in the rooms, but if you ask at reception they’ll provide one, although I don’t know if it costs extra.

Buffet and the restaurant food was disgusting. Overall rating 1 Terrible.

The road to the hotel blocked off by Police/Army, taxi not allowed through, nobody spoke English. Received key to a room that somebody else was already checked in. Bell boy left us with luggage in the middle of the property and took keys away for 1/2hour. Didn't speak English. I send my daughter (speaks some Spanish) to the reception to get us a room, bell boy showed up and started to walk away, didn't care that I am waiting for my daughter, couldn't contact her, no wi-fi since we didn't have room assigned. My daughter got set of keys to a new room where the bell boy was bringing me, he had set of keys to the same room as well. Didn't feel safe having 2 sets of keys issued since first thing you signed at check in is that everything that gets stolen from you the hotel is not responsible for. You have to pay to rent a safe. 2 towels issued per room (no hand towel, no face cloth, no bath mat). Pool towels available for $20 deposit only. 45min wait line at the dinner buffet - no clean plates available, no silver ware, no cups for drinks, all used up.

When we arrived we stated it was an elderly person and children that do not walk, they gave us a third floor with no elevator, bed were nasty and hard, no hot water and there was not enough space or food to diner, even after claiming it was all inclusive, pool was limited we were unable to get into it due to everyone rushing to get in. Too many people in the commons also it felt it was unsafe, very interesting people, we asked for a different room and we did not get it and we ended up having to get dinner from a near by restaurant. The one time the Lunch was available the chicken was pink and they just slabbed sauce on it. I told the chef and he said “the pink was the sauce they put on it”. Horrible experience

Enjoyed the beach ! Hotel beach area was nice and clean. However, the beach vendors coming to you can get annoying after awhile. I personally didn’t enjoy the hotel food. We felt safe on the hotel grounds, but didn’t feel safe to explore the outside area.
