Property was very clean and had all the basics. Our toilet shower did leak water out, but was not a big thing. The aircon was cold enough and it is central to walk to Madaba Town area which only took 10 mins. Convenient and friendly staff. Breakfast could improve abit more but overall was great

The photos of this property are very deceiving. This place is very run down. I am surprised it’s as highly rated as it is. The room is bare bones and very dated. We didn’t have the breakfast since we had an early flight the next day. We picked this hotel mostly for location and it as perfect. Walkable to all the madaba sites and many great places to eat nearby. The hotel staff was great and arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport it was 20 JOD cash directly to the driver. If I was staying for more than one night I’d find a most comfortable airport but it was good for the one night stay

The staff are very friendly and the hotel has great transportation services. The hotel is clean and they have great services Also, booking online is very easy and when I arrived the room was ready. There are no concerns in this regard. I recommend staying at this hotel.

A very welcoming place to stay particularlyif you’ve had several accomodations to compare it with. Very plesant staff. Catholic church is walking distance which served me well to catch a 7:00 am mass before our flight out. Mt. Nebo is a short drive. Parking is right around the hotel across the main building. Breakfast is sufficient. Grab some sweets from the shop nearby. You’ll be sorry if you don’t .

The hotel has been tastefully renovated. A pretty good accommodation choice when visiting this town famed for its Byzantine mosaic floors and collection. This small city seems to have seen its better days, but it has made me appreciate more what they have to offer.

Th hotel was really nice but the zone was a bit scary we arrived at 2 am and there was some strangers in the street screaming and asking you to stop.

Staff was nice and professional. The food was good.

The staff treated us like royalty. This is a family run hotel that is amazing. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small balcony. The hotel was a mere 5 minute walk from St. George's and the heart of historic Madaba. We had a 15 minute drive out to Mt. Nebo. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we ate in the hotel restaurant for supper and had traditional Jordanian mansaf that was worth the trip. Better than all this was the service offered by the staff. If I ever lead a group to Jordan, this is where we will stay.
