Cute little hotel with lovely staff. Very safe. Great for a relax and chill. Tidal beach access, restricts beach walking.

The staff at the Zanzibari hotel were exceptionally attentive and the service was always prompt. In a place where the main beach can be over run with tourists, it was such a pleasure to step into the quiet oasis that is the Zanzibari hotel grounds. This is a great gem of a property in Nungwi and would only improvements would be to upgrade the quality of the food, which was "safe" but very bland and to upgrade the plumbing issues in unit OC1.

Me and my husband stayed in the honeymoon room and was spectacular. Food delicious. Clean. Awesome staff. We want to go back. Beautiful 4 energizing days

Really impressed with how the reception handles issues. Room cleaning was really on point daily just that if you forget to turn notice from make my room up to do not disturb, the housekeeper will keep banging the door.. Aside that it’s a good place to stay.

Beautiful property and super clean. The menu is limited and the service was slow. 50 minutes for one plate of fries. Would still recommend as the ocean views are spectacular and everything else was great! Rose our room steward was amazing, thank you Rose!

The area was very nice and calm. The staff was welcoming, and the room looked great when I got there. It had a great beach view, and I would return. The bed mattress was a little hard, but everything else was great.

The love shack beautiful scenery but no aircon. The property's is dated and needs a bite of a upgrade. Should advertise that beach access is very limited. Food,staff excellent service 10/10

Staff was AMAZING from check in to house keepers. A real gem.

We were staying in a magnificient large room on the GF facing the ocean. We had breakfast, snacks and dined at the hotel. The food was excellent so were the cocktails. We enjoyed all the hotel had to offer however a few minor points: 1. Staff although super friendly and diligent had to be chased for. The hotel is understaffed 2. On the day we left, the road to the hotel was blocked and we found out at the last minute 3. We paid 2 nights we could not use due to a late flight in and an outward ferry out too early. Management was not available to refund 1 $ nor to provide any discount of our final bill as a commercial gesture. 4. The beach was nice but full of urchins (the hotel did provide water shoes for free though). 5. Despite many Kungurus and due to low staffing it always took quite a while for dirty dishes to be collected which attracted these horibble birds. We shall explore other hotels in the area when we return...

My stay at The Zanzibari hotel was a truly remarkable experience. The stunning beach view and friendly staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The hotel's beautiful design and delicious cuisine added to the overall enjoyment. I enjoyed activities like beach walks and water sports organized by the hotel. It was an exceptional stay that I can't wait to repeat.

Beautiful green place, Well maintained

I had a wonderful time at this location. The staff was amazing, very cordial and accommodating. The property was cleaned constantly, the food was delicious and the poolside bar was great. Walking distance to beaches, aquarium and Zoo. I would definitely go back.

The front desk staff were very attentive and the hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay!
