I had to wait lot of hours to check in because they had and issue with the system and at the end I couldn’t check in because they were not able to find my reservation

My room had roaches I change room. The other room was dirty. I change room. The other room had stain on the bed and the toilet was dirty. I change room the septic tank. You could smell it in the room and the toilet runs 24 hours a day, although they came up and fixed it, I would never pay this amount of money in the USA like I would probably only have to pay $50 a day. This is ridiculous. But it’s safe and the staff is amazing

Business hotel close to the airport. Nice art installations, excellent breakfast, a bit tired room decor, sometimes slow wifi, lacking charm and vibe, professional staff, highly functional but rather forgettable from a global perspective.

This was a superb hotel. The shuttle service, front desk, and Amaya restaurant all had great customer service. My room was comfortable and nice. I liked the spacious hotel

Amazing hotel , well maintained , food well prepared , fresh and delicious . They just need to improve their room service , in some days , it’s tooks 1h to get them answering my call . Great service laundry I was surprised how fast they get my suits and shirt ready in less than 12h .

The gym and pool were both closed, this was the only reason I booked this stay. It’s very expensive for 1 night and you don’t have access to these facilities

Did absolutely not feel welcome to this hotel. Will never come back. Arrogant behaviour from staff!
