The hotel tore a shirt worth more than 7 million VND that was purchased only 5 days ago. The manager and receptionist did not handle it. They kept making promises to contact and call back, but they were all gone. The guests were the ones who called first. After 3 days, the hotel still had no action or response to the guests. Terrible.

Đặt để là 1 đêm nhưng tới khách sạn thì chỉ có 2 tiếng nên mình buộc phải trả thêm 350k để ở qua đêm vì không được hoàn tiền.

Giá cả chưa được tốt, bắt phải bù thêm tiền để check in sớm với số tiền gần bằng số tiền đặt theo giờ
